Welcome!

Hello, our names are Rachel and Sara and we are the owners of Evolving Mindsets, PLLC. We are so happy you are here!

We truly believe mental health matters and it all starts with people’s mindsets… 

Our mission is to support children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups with developing mindsets that allow them to EVOLVE mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 

We are here to meet people where they are and be a part of the journey any way that looks so make the choice to contact us today. We love getting to know all the different people that come through our doors!

We are in-network with most commercial BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum insurance plans! Self-pay and reduced rate options are also available, but learn more about the investment you are making here.
